The Latymer Court Lessees Association was formed in 1966, and in 1967 was accorded legal recognition as a Resident’s Association. On the purchase of the Freehold in 2003, as the then Committee became the Freehold Board, a new Committee was elected.

The objective of the Association is to promote, protect and represent the interests and concerns of member Lessees as a whole. It does not engage itself in, or act on behalf of, any individual Lessee in any dispute a Lessee may have with eth Freehold Company or any other party. Membership is open to all Lessees who subscribe a nominal sum on an annual basis.

The Committee of the Association is made up of co-opted ordinary residents led by a Chairman and an Honorary Secretary and meets to discuss matters of concern raised by residents, or proposals from the Management or the Freehold Company.
